Trustee of After Matters.

Through my own lived experience as a brain injury survivor, I bring a compassionate, person-centred approach rooted in trust, empathy and genuine understanding. My experience has given me a unique insight into the challenges that brain injury can bring, as well as the importance of listening, understanding and supporting people on their individual journeys.

As a Trustee of After Matters Brain Injury Charity, I’m passionate about helping to make a positive difference to young people affected by brain injury and their families.

I hold qualifications in Mental Health Awareness, Counselling, Mental Health First Aid, Advocacy and Dementia Care, and have recently completed my Level 3 Health & Social Care (Counselling) qualification.

I’m proud to bring my lived experience, knowledge and passion to After Matters and to be part of a dedicated team working together to support, empower and improve the lives of young people and families affected by brain injury.
